  1. Leave to defrost for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the braai pie from the packaging.
  3. Braai on low heat until golden brown and the filling melts.


  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  2. Leave to defrost for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the braai pie from the packaging and place it on an oven tray.
  4. Bake until cheese melts and browns – about 20 minutes. Time will vary due to oven performance.
  5. Carefully remove the braai pie from the oven and slide it onto a cutting board.
  6. Cut and serve immediately.
