Cleo’s Kitchen, a convenient online source in the retail frozen food industry, delivers delicious ready-made meals to customers’ doorstep in Pretoria and Johannesburg. With no physical store to visit, customers can easily and comfortably place orders online.

2. Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. However, during month-end (the 25^th of each month until the 7^th of the following month), due to higher demand for delivery service, it might take 5-6 business days.

3. Export & Delivery Restrictions

The offering on this website is available to South African clients based in Pretoria and Johannesburg.

8. Customer Details vs Card Details

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

When presenting payment options to the cardholder, South Africa is the merchant outlet country. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
