OPEN FIRE (RECOMMENDED)

- Leave to defrost for 10 minutes.

- Remove the braai pie from the packaging.

- Braai on low heat until golden brown and the filling melts.
OVEN:

- Preheat oven to 180˚C.

- Leave to defrost for 10 minutes.

- Remove the braai pie from the packaging and place it on an oven tray.
-
- Bake until cheese melts and browns – about 20 minutes. Time will vary due to oven performance.

- Carefully remove the braai pie from the oven and slide it onto a cutting board.
-
- Cut and serve immediately.
