How do I earn points?
Once you have subscribed to our loyalty program, you will earn points just by placing an order
with us. You earn 5% of your order total back in points to be redeemed on a future order of
your choice.
How much are my points worth?
1 point = R1 (incl VAT)
Are the points indicated on my invoice?
Yes, it will be reflected as a “Coupon” on your invoice. The amount you will see is exclusive of
VAT, which will be charged on the total purchase value of the transaction but excludes the
delivery fee. Example: loyalty = R36. The amount of R31.30 will be reflected on your invoice.

I did not receive any points when I bought a product(s) discounted on promotion?
Unfortunately, points are not earned on already discounted/promotional items.
I did not receive any points on my latest order?
Double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a
guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error,
contact us at loyalty@cleos.co.za to help apply your points to your account.
How do I sign up for the Loyalty Program?
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account here with your email.
It’s free to join, and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales,
promotions, and all our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us –
you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program, so you can kick back, sign in, and earn Points!
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to signing up?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to
create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
Does it cost anything to start earning points?

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn
