Kitchenique and Cleo’s Kitchen Competition

1. Kitchenique and Cleo’s Kitchen competition is open to citizens and residents in Pretoria, Johannesburg and surrounding areas, Gauteng, South Africa, except for employees of the promoters and their immediate families, the promoters’ advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, owners and staff. Entries from outside the areas mentioned above will not be valid.
2. The Competition begins on 01 March 2024, and entries close on 31 March 2024.
3. To opt out of entry and receiving newsletters or other communication from Cleo’s Kitchen and Kitchenique, please unsubscribe from the Cleo’s Kitchen newsletter.
4. Current Cleo’s Kitchen Loyalty Members will automatically be entered into the competition if you complete a purchase on Cleo’s Kitchen’s website during March 2024.
5. Each purchase during March will count towards an entry, the competition is NOT limited to one entry per customer.
6. The Cleo’s Kitchen team will choose and announce a winner by 15 April 2024 on Cleo’s Kitchen’s social media platforms.
7. Cleo’s Kitchen will not accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
8. Persons under the age of 18 years will not be allowed to enter this Competition. Proof of identity and age may be required.
9. Use of a false name, email address, or pseudonym will result in disqualification.
10. If a winner cannot be contacted within reasonable means and efforts within 24 hours after the date of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the said winner and select another winner.
11. Should a winner fail to respond in the stipulated time frame, they will be notified, via email of their ineligibility to receive a prize. Cleo’s Kitchen will not enter further discussions.
12. The judges’ decision is final and will not enter further discussions.

    1. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    2. To enter, you must be a Cleo’s Kitchen Loyalty member and complete a purchase on Cleo’s Kitchen’s website during March 2024.
23. All participants and winners indemnify Cleo’s Kitchen, its associated companies (directors, officers, and employees), and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
24. Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
25. Cleo’s Kitchen hereby undertakes to comply with the provisions of POPIA in its dealings with personal information and acknowledges that it is familiar with and undertakes to comply with the provisions of POPIA.
