  1. Preferably, defrost the pockets for a few hours before baking.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180˚C
  3. Remove the defrosted pocket from the packaging and place on an oven tray.
  4. Brush with olive oil (optional)
  5. Bake until light brown – about 15 – 17 minutes. Time will vary due to oven performance.
  6. Carefully remove pizza pockets from the oven.
  7. Sprinkle with icing sugar (optional)
  8. Serve immediately.
